What this site is

This site describes the advisory work of AiroEdge Management Consulting LLC. Its content is general information, not professional, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and reading it does not create a client relationship. An engagement exists only when both sides sign a written agreement.

The analytical tools

The tools on this site are working demonstrations of AiroEdge's analytical platform. They run in your browser on figures you enter or on clearly labeled sample scenarios. Their outputs are illustrative frameworks, not valuations, forecasts, or recommendations, and should not be relied on for any investment, transaction, or business decision without independent professional advice.

Examples and engagements

Work described on this site is either real and anonymized, or clearly labeled as illustrative. Illustrative examples show how AiroEdge structures a class of problem; they do not describe actual clients or outcomes.

Intellectual property

The content, design, frameworks, and tools on this site belong to AiroEdge Management Consulting LLC. You may read, use, and share them for your own evaluation of the firm. You may not reproduce, resell, or present them as your own without written permission.
